We are a locally owned agency, with full time agents who specialize exclusively in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplements, and Prescription Drug Plans. We are ALL independent agents, which means we are not employed by an insurance company but rather work for YOU! Our goal is to understand your needs, and be able to guide you into the right insurance company for your specific needs.
In Maricopa County there are several options available, which is why we encourage you to attend one of the weekly seminars in your area! Each presentation will cover a full overview of the Medicare program, highlight the differences between Medicare Supplements and Medicare Advantage plans, and explain the benefits in detail of one specific program. At each meeting, we select one specific Medicare Advantage plan, and cover it line by line, benefit by benefit, so you can fully understand that plan. After the meeting, we are available to answer any questions, look up your doctors, set private appointments, and if warranted, help you enroll.
When it comes to selecting a health plan with Medicare, making a decision can be confusing. That’s why we have a team of professionals available at every seminar, to answer your questions and give you the time you need! Join us for any meeting and let us present your Medicare options. Natalie Toalson
Managing Partner & Licensed Agent
Natalie began her career in the Medicare world in 2002, while completing her business education at ASU. As a college intern, she began at Humana and often thought she would search for her “dream job” after graduating college. She never had to search though, and she joined the Medicare Sales world, and has never left! After 6 years as an employee with Humana, Natalie became an independent broker, able to offer more than just one insurance company to her clients. In 2007 as an independent agent, she began her journey of building the SHARP agency, where she currently works year-around. With 14 years in the Medicare insurance world, Natalie enjoys hosting the seminars to inform existing and new clients of the changes to the Medicare landscape. Natalie’s intention is to remain in this business until her day comes to join a Medicare plan herself.

Carlos Redondo

Carlos began his experience with Medicare in 1975 with Aetna, the original Part B Carrier for Arizona. He was with the company for 22 years and has seen many changes since then. A true native of Arizona, born and raised, Carlos continued his work experience in the medical insurance and had a 2 year career with Arizona’s Medicaid system known as AHCCCS. From there he joined United Health Care for another couple years before becoming a career agent with Humana from 2006 to early 2013. Carlos decided to become an independent agent so that he could offer his clients the plan that best meets their needs rather than being able to only offer just the company’s plan that he worked for. His extensive knowledge of Medicare allows him to provide answers to almost any question regarding the system and is bilingual in Spanish which makes for a well-rounded agent. His integrity and honesty makes for a perfect fit with SHARP.
